Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken for about 20 minutes
Season and book in a plate
Finely chop the onion and cut the peppers into strips
Recover the pan used for cooking the chicken. Melt the butter and add the onion and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes and deglaze with white wine
Add the tomatoes and the bouquet garni then season
Place the chicken in the sauce, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
