Take a skillet, melt the butter.
Add the chicken white and cook for a few minutes. Cut it into pieces of about 2 cm and set aside.
Wash the parsley (or coriander) and chisle it finely.
Brown the bacon dry in the pan. Drain them on absorbent paper and reserve them.
For the preparation of the guacamole: cut the avocados in 2, remove the nucleus and collect the flesh. Put it in the robot bowl and add two tablespoons of lemon juice, cumin, salt, sriracha sauce before mixing. Once perfectly smooth, pour the avocado puree into a bowl. Add the parsley and mix.
Spread the center of the wrap with guacamole. Add half the bacon and half the chicken. Close and roll.
Cut the wrap in half depending on the diagonal and enjoy.
