Directions

Step 1

Boil water in a pot and immerse the raw sauerkraut for 10 minutes. Drain it, go to cold water and rid the excess water with a clean cloth.

Step 2

Found the minced onions in an oiled casserole dish, then add the smoked chest, sauerkraut, cloves, berries and bouquet garni. Sprinkle with white wine before covering and simmer for 1 hour.

Step 3

Insert the sausages into the sauerkraut and cook about thirty minutes.

Step 4

In another saucepan, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Serve everything in a serving dish.
