Directions

Step 1

In a saucepan, boil a large volume of salted water to cook the pasta

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche, eggs, salt and pepper

Step 4

Pour the golden bacon in the preparation

Step 5

Drain the pasta when they are al dente and incorporate them into the cream

Step 6

Return the pan to the heat, pour the pasta and the cream in and warm everything. Serve hot.
