Peel the onion, carrots and cut them into dice.
Peel the garlic, degem it and chop it.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan.
Put the onions for a few minutes.
Add the tomato puree, garlic, salt, pepper, lenses and mix them.
Brown the diced carrots then add 750ml of water and cook for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley.
Serve.
