Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Flatten the shortcrust pastry in a mold.
Brown the bacon in a pan.
Mix the eggs, the cream, the milk, the pepper and the pinch of nutmeg.
After draining the cooking fat, add the bacon and mix them
Pour the mixture over the dough.
Cook for 47 minutes in the 180°C oven.
Serve.
