Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Derem them and cut everything into small pieces. Wash and dry the thyme.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan. Brown the diced onion and garlic, then add the thyme and cook over low heat.
Put the power over high heat. Add the minced meat. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until it is colored. Use a fork to separate the pieces.
Then add the crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, beef broth and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer. Get, salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta in a large amount of salt water, then drain. Then add them to the sauce and mix.
Sprinkle with parmesan if you wish.
