Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes in boiling salted water. Cut them into very large rings. Add the salt, pepper and olive oil. Gently mix.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Cut the smoked ham into strips. Butter your mold.
Place a layer of potatoes at the bottom of the mold. Cover with ham and potatoes. Proceed so to fill the mold.
Cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with Provence herbs and put in the oven for 1 hour.
