Mix the flour, yeast, eggs and milk (gradually adds to avoid lumps).
Add the melted butter, salt and pepper and put in the refrigerator.
Grate the zucchini. Brown the bacon with the minced onion in oil. Add the grated zucchini for 3 to 4 minutes. Add all that to your preparation earlier with the grated Gruyèreère.
Oil your waffle iron, pour your preparation and cook.
Serve.
