Pitch the oven at 180°C.
Peel the onion and cut it in 4 and pump the garlic cloves.
Mix the sausage flesh, onion, parsley, and garlic then mix them.
Pump the potatoes and hide them.
Heat the oil and the butter and then brown their potatoes.
Put it in a baking dish and replace it with the hollowed-out potatoes that you brown on their different faces.
Place the potatoes on their flesh.
Fill them with the stuffing and sprinkle them with the poultry boiler.
Bake for 1h15.
Serve.
