Wash and detail the cabbage in thin strips. Put them in a few centimeters of salted water.
Peel and detail the potatoes into small pieces and bake them in salted water.
Peel onions and garlic cloves and cut them into small pieces. Brown them for a few minutes in a little olive oil.
Season the minced meat and add it to the onions and garlic. Crush with a fork. Cook for about 10 minutes until the meat is well cooked.
When the cabbage is tender, drain it and add the tomato puree. Pepper and salt. When the potatoes are very tender, drain them and reduce them in puree. Add a little milk and butter and season.
Mix the tomatched cabbage, meat and puree. Divide everything in 2 oven dishes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a hot oven for an hour until the crust is golden brown.
