Clean the orphies and remove the heads and tails.
Cut the orphies into 3 or 4 sections.
Mix the flour, salt and pepper.
Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces.
Melt the butter, place your garlic and onion and brown them slightly.
Meanwhile, pass the slices of orphies in the flour mixture and put them in the pan.
Cook over low heat.
Drizzle with curtron juice and serve.
