Desale the anchovies for 6 hours in fresh water.
Remove the central anchovy edge, wash them, drain and dry.
Sprinkle the anchovies with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped basil and fresh garlic.
Wash the peppers and cook them in hot oven for 20 minutes. Put them in a plastic bag and close it.
When the peppers have cooled, remove them from the bag and peel them.
Cut the peppers in the fiber direction, then place them in olive oil.
Pake the peppers, anchovies, black olives, butter and fresh bread.
Serve.
