Wash and chop the herbs finely. Empty the mackerel and wash them.
Beat the egg and add half of the fresh cheese preparation.
Mix the herbs with fresh cheese, salt and pepper.
Stuff the mackerel with the cheese mixture and close. Then pour a little olive oil and pepper.
Cut the lemon into rings and preheat the grill. Add the mackerel and lemon and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Place the mackerel on a plate and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Serve.
