Tofu

Sesame

Directions

Step 1

Cook the gourmet peas for 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and go under cold water.

Step 2

Detail the broccoli into flowers, then cook them for 10 minutes in boiling salted water before draining them.

Step 3

Cut the pepper in 2 and remove the seeds.

Step 4

Cut the tofu into dice and brown it with the vegetables in the sesame oil for 5 minutes. Pour the soybean and vegetables into the plates.

Step 5

Season with the soy sauce and chopped coriander. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 6

Serve.
