Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Brown the meat in an oiled pan, then remove it.
In a dish, place the meat and add all the ingredients except the croutons, cornstarch and water.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Pour the dissolved cornstarch mixture into the water before the end of cooking.
Sprinkle with croutons and serve.
