Preheat the oven to 200°C
Boil the water, 1.5 centiliter of milk, butter, 2 grams of sugar and salt in a saucepan
Add 25 grams of sifted flour in the preparation, mix well and let everything cool
Add a beaten egg to this mixture and mix until a slightly brittle ribbon forms
Sleep the mixture in a sausage with a pastry bag, brown with a brush and egg yolk
Cook for 20 minutes
Let stand on a cake rack.
For the cream, boil the rest of the milk
Beat an egg yolk and the rest of the sugar in a bowl so that they whiten, add the flour and cocoa before pouring half the hot milk
Put back in a saucepan and cook in heat for 3 minutes while pouring the rest of the milk
Let the preparation cool on a plate covered with cling film
Put the cream in a pastry bag to garnish the lightning.
For frosting, melt the chocolate and oil in a saucepan
Put the frosting in a bowl
Dip the lightning into the frosting one by one and leave in the refrigerator for 3 minutes before serving.
