									Melt the butter and honey over low heat in a saucepan
 
  
									Mix all the powders in a bowl
 
  
									After having a hollow in the center, pour the butter as well as the honey, then mix
 
  
									Add the beaten egg, marmalade and hot water, then mix again
 
  
									Butter a cake pan, then pour the preparation
 
  
									Bake at 90°C for at least 75 minutes
 
  
									Once cooked, unmold cold.
