Step 1

Rinse the fruits, without soaking them in the water, and put them carefully on a dish.

Prepare the shortbread dough: you just have to work the sugar and the egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then add flour and mix everything with your fingers. Thereafter, add the butter and put the dough in a ball. A 30 -minute break is necessary after these steps.

Spread the dough with a roller and garnish the pie pan. Pierce the bottom using a fork.

Step 4

Bake the dough, at a soft temperature, and remove it when it has a pale blond color.

Step 5

After the unmolding, cover the paste with raspberries and pour a few drops of diluted currant jelly.
