Preheat your oven to 210°C
On a round baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spread the pizza dough with a rolling pin
Divide the tomato coulis over the dough, then sprinkle with basil
After washing them, slice the fresh mushroom into small slices
Cut the chorizo and the mozzarella in rings
Cut the red pepper cleaned into thin slices;
Scatter the mushrooms, chorizo, mozzarella rings and pepper slices on the tomato coulis
Decorate it all with a drizzle of liquid cream, grated cheese, parmesan and oregano
Bake the preparation for 20 minutes
Once cooked, take the pizza out of the oven and taste it hot for lunch.
