In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat
Pour the spices and onion, then cook for about 5 or 6 minutes
Then add the garlic then brown again for 1 to 2 minutes always stirring to avoid garlic to burn
Add the water and the tomato concentrate, then mix so that the tomato is completely diluted
Add the maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and vinegar
Reduce the heat, cover and simmer with small broths for a quarter of an hour while stirring from time to time so that the sauce does not stick
Mix the sauce at the end of cooking, then pour it into the jars. The sauce can be kept in the refrigerator up to a week.
