Pour olive oil into a pan and brown the garlic for 5 minutes with a little pepper and curry
Peel and cut the tomatoes into dice, add them, then simmer again for 5 minutes
Then add the fish fillets and water, then salt and pepper
Pour a little extra curry, add the cheese and simmer for an additional 20 minutes
Add the crème fraîche and simmer for 3 minutes
Serve immediately, with rice as an accompaniment.
