In a bowl, pour the sifted flours. Make a well and place 2 eggs, oil and a pinch of salt. Whisk
Gradually pour the milk and water while continuing to whisk. Let stand for 30 minutes
Coat a large skillet of butter and cook the pancakes one by one
Using a kitchen chisel, remove the fat from the ham and slice it into thin strips
Cook the 4 remaining eggs in a buttered pan
Sprinkle each pancake with grated cheese and ham strips and garnish with a cooked egg. Bring the edges back to the center and enjoy.
