Flour
50 G
Garlic
1 Clove
Salt

Ricotta
250 G
Milk
30 Cl
Egg

Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

In a saucepan, pour the oil and garlic crushed. Add the spinach, stir and season. Let cool before chopping them

Step 2

Press the ricotta to the fork, add the egg, the pesto and the spinach

Step 3

In another saucepan, melt 50 grams of butter, pour the flour and stir quickly. Add the milk and the cream continuing to turn

Step 4

Remove the pan from the heat before incorporating 30 grams of cheese and seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Step 6

Coat the bottom of a previously buttered gratin dish of Béchamel and alternate the layers of lasagna, spinach and béchamel by finishing with the latter

Step 7

Cover with the rest of grated cheese and butter in plots

Step 8

Put in the oven for 25 minutes.
