Directions

Step 1

Rinse the long rice with cold water to remove the starch. In a saucepan, add about 500 ml of water and follow the instructions for cooking the purchased rice. Then drain the rice and let it cool.

Step 2

Then the tofu in small dice. Wash the tomatoes before cutting them into quarters. Put them in a bowl with the tomatoes, add the cooled rice, then mix well.

Step 3

Prepare the vinaigrette sauce. To do so, take a small bowl and mix three tablespoons of olive oil with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Season at your convenience with salt and pepper, then mix well.

Step 4

Sprinkle the tofu rice salad and vinaigrette sauce tomatoes and mix everything well. Put the salad in the fridge while waiting to serve it.

Step 5

Wash the basil with cold water before chiseling it. Take out the salad, add the green olives and the basil
