Wash the potatoes and cook them whole in the pressure cooker
Drain and peel them.
Crush them with a potato gap.
Add the 2 eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour a drizzle of olive oil and mix.
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
In an oiled oven dish, add the potato puree and crush at the bottom of the dish.
Add over the mortadelle cubes and the mozzarella pieces.
Add the rest of the puree by flattening everything.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes, the cake should brown well.
To serve.
