Wear a pot of salt water to a boil. Add the rice and cook it. Drain it and refresh it under cold water.
Chop the onion and cut the garlic clove in half. Cut the ham and carrot ham. Discuss the carrots for 2 to 3 minutes in salt water then drain it and refresh it. Do the same with peas.
Heat the oil over high heat and fry the onions and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the carrots and let it come back for about 3 minutes, stirring. Add the ham and peas then mix. Add the eggs. When the whites are taken, blur the eggs and mix them with the other ingredients.
Finally add the rice and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce then add the chopped chops. Mix and serve.
