Wear washed and drained rice to a boil in 500 milliliters of chicken broth with sesame seeds. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Whisk the demi-slip sauce, 125 milliliters of poultry broth and Worcestershire sauce and set aside for the sauce.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the beef slices for 3 to 4 minutes and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the minced onion, chopped garlic, cut carrots, minced celery and sliced peppers for 4 minutes.
Return the beef and add the reserved sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the rice with meat repair all dotted with basil leaf.
