Peel and empty your pumpkin. Remove its seeds and cut it into small pieces before cooking it for 25 minutes in steam. Then pour them into the mixer bowl.
Drain the cooked chickpeas and rinse them. Pour them into the mixer as well. Add the grated parmesan to it, olive oil, small oatmeal and mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then season well with salt, pepper, curry, cumin, turmeric and garlic.
Mix this preparation again until it is homogeneous. Then pour the malted yeast into a plate and heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
Take a tablespoon of preparation. Roll it in the hand and place it on the yeast, crushing it like a nugget. Once the nugget is golden, cook it on the other side.
