Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Boil the chopped turnips in salted water for 7 minutes, then add the chopped carrots and boil for 8 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the spices and olive oil, and place on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Boil the quinoa in water with the chicken stock for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Add the quinoa to the vegetables and sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds before serving.
