thyme

Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the minced onions, dice garlic and thyme

Step 2

Add the minced meat and cook until it colors, between 4 and 5 minutes

Step 3

Incorporate the crushed tomatoes, the tomatoes in the box, the broth and the sugar. Simmer covered for 35 minutes. add salt and pepper

Step 4

In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente

Step 5

Drain and mix them with sauce

Step 6

Place on a service plate and sprinkle with parmesan.
