Directions

Step 1

Pour 2 tablespoons of flour into a clean plastic bag. Add the meat cubes. Close and shake and your pieces will be well floured.

Step 2

In a casserole dish, heat the butter and olive oil. When it starts to crackle, add the pieces of floured meats and brush.

Step 3

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and onion. Peel the carrots and potatoes, wash them and cut them into pieces. Wash and dry the thyme and bay leaf.

Step 4

When the meat is completely small, add the carrots, potatoes, garlic and onion cubes, thyme and bay leaves. Mix. Add the tomato puree and wet with white wine and hot water. Salt, pepper and stir again.
