Prepare the pizza dough. At the time of cooking, cut the zucchini and the tomatoes into rings. Slice the peppers and the red onion.
Place the peppers, zucchini and red onion. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with thyme. Add salt and pepper. Grill in the oven for 4 minutes.
Remove the vegetables from the oven, then adjust the oven to 210°C. Spread the pizza sauce on. Garnish with half of the grilled vegetables and tomatoes, then sprinkle with mozzarella. Garnish with the rest of the vegetables. Add Parmesan.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. When serving, add the oregano leaves.
