Preheat your oven to 180°C
Mix the speculoos then pour them into a bowl
Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix it with the mixed speculoos
Cover the mold with parchment paper with a height of 22 cm
Place the dough at the bottom of the mold, then tamp until the good thickness is obtained
Beat the cottage cheese, fresh cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice and liquid cream in a bowl
Add the eggs and sugar to the preparation, then mix
Pour everything over the speculoos paste
Bake for 55 minutes
Leave cool for at least 12 hours.
