Wash and cut the peppers and zucchini into thin strips and the cucumber into pieces. Then brown the peppers and zucchini with olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Moisten the pancakes and then warm them up in a pan. In a bowl Put the cottage cheese with the cucumber and the fresh herbs, salt and pepper then mix.
Arrange the vegetables on each tortilla and the cottage cheese sauce then roll.
