Preheat the oven grill. Empty the fish. Wash the alose before moping it carefully. Fill the ventral cavity with thyme and bay fish. Season and extend the fish in a bracket.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Put the Broat under the heated grill at Th. 5, for about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter. Add the juice to the other lemon and the minced parsley with melted butter. Serve the alose in its butter sauce.
