Zucchini
2 Units
Turnip
3 Units
Tomato

Safran
0.5 tsp
Ginger
0.5 tsp
Parsley
1 tsp
white cabbage

Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Wash and cut 1/6 cabbage in half

Step 2

Cut the onion in dice, then pour it into the lower part of the couscoussier

Step 3

Add the parsley, coriander, spices and rapeseed oil. Cook everything over medium heat

Step 4

Add the peeled tomatoes in the couscoussier and boil for 5 minutes while mixing

Step 5

Mix the semolina and olive oil in a bowl, let stand

Step 6

Place the semolina in the couscoussier basket, then cook for 5 minutes

Step 7

Pour the turnips, carrots, eggplants cut in half and cabbage in the lower part

Step 8

Mix the semolina with salt and water in a bowl, dry

Step 9

Return the semolina well shortbread in the basket and continue with a second 15 -minute cooking

Step 10

Add the zucchini cut in half in the lower part

Step 11

Repeat it with the semolina for 10 minutes

Step 12

Place your dish by first putting the semolina, then the pieces of chicken sautéed with spices and finally the sauce.
